No, I didn't make the statue or the little border edging. I wish I had that talent. Those are Annika Von Holdt's beautiful photoshop brushes, no profit made, credit and link back given as requested by the artist herself. What I did for this was mostly designing and adjusting the layout. The rest of the 'storybook' will be all my own work though, a mix of traditional and digital.

From the back of the box of the Advent Children action figures: "... able to assume almost any position." I'm going to have real fun with these boys.
Thank you. I hope you enjoy the rest of it, even if it's a long time coming.

Thanks! I just got a tablet so maybe things might go smoother. Or you'll see how much I genuinely suck.

They are lovely brushes, aren't they? I can make brushes of my own, but sadly I have no photography skills so the material I work from isn't anything too spectacular.
I definitely will be posting up the story. I'd been wrangling my head over it for years wondering where I could put it and how before I remembered that I had an unused dA account. First page is being touched up. I hope to have it out in a week or so. Hope you don't mind the drastic style difference too much.

A collection of the most beautiful and amazing square photographs I found among my favourites. Please have a look and give these artists the attention they deserve!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More

Just had a looksee of her site (and downloaded those gorgeous brushes, too!)
Am really looking forward to your adaptation - I assume you're going to post it?
